RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We always strive to deliver the best product in the best condition and within the mentioned time frame. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order for a refund.

Returns

All returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original protective films and packaging intact. Nordgreen will charge INR 500 as a return/courier fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note the following items are not returnable:

• Products whose protective films and/or tags are removed

• Products that have been used

• Products provided for free

• Products purchased on more than 30% Discounts/Offers.

Return Process

To return an order, please submit your request via EMAIL on guatam@riveram.in. Once the request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions. Please read through the instructions and place the products securely in their original packaging before mailing your return.

Please respect the following shipping instructions:

• As part of our sustainability initiatives, we kindly ask you to minimize environmental impact. When returning your order, please use the original cardboard packaging or as small a package as possible.

• The full refund applies only if the product and its original film and packaging are returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen reserves the right to apply additional charges if returns do not meet these criteria.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your products, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 working days from the receipt of your return to complete the process. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
